The fund invests in smaller companies which may result in a higher level of risk than a fund that invests in larger companies. Securities of smaller companies may be subject to abrupt price movements and may be less liquid, which may mean they are not easy to buy or sell.

Invesco Select Trust plc - Global equity income share portfolio: The product invests in emerging and developing markets, where difficulties in relation to market liquidity, dealing, settlement and custody problems could arise.

Invesco Developed Small and Mid-Cap Equity Fund: Investments in small and medium sized companies involve greater risks than those customarily associated with larger companies.
Invesco Global Founders & Owners Fund: The fund may invest in certain securities listed in China which can involve significant regulatory constraints that may affect the liquidity and/or the investment performance of the fund. The fund invests in a limited number of holdings and is less diversified. This may result in large fluctuations in the value of the fund. As a portion of the fund may be exposed to less developed countries, you should be prepared to accept large fluctuations in the value of the fund.
Invesco Global Small Cap Equity Fund: The fund may invest in certain securities listed in China which can involve significant regulatory constraints that may affect the liquidity and/or the investment performance of the fund. This is a small companies fund, you should be prepared to accept a higher degree of risk than a fund that invests in larger companies.
