Important Information

Restatement Deadline

• The deadline for restating your qualified plan was July 31, 2022. Your plan is considered restated if you completed and signed the Adoption Agreement and Trust Agreement for your qualified retirement plan, which adopts the restated pre-approved plan document provided by Invesco Distributors, Inc. Please contact a tax advisor immediately if you missed the deadline to restate your plan. For assistance with corrections please see EPCRS Overview | Internal Revenue Service (irs.gov).

Trustee Change

• Effective July 31, 2022, Invesco Trust Company has been removed as plan trustee of OFI originated Solo 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plans and replaced with the employer/plan administrator as trustee.
