Stephen Johnson is a Managing Director and member of the investment team for Invesco Credit Partners, a business name for Invesco Private Capital. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing, executing and managing special situation and distressed investments, as well as distressed for control and turnaround private equity investments across a wide range of industries.

Mr. Johnson joined Invesco in 2007, and joined Invesco Credit Partners in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, he was responsible for sourcing and evaluating distressed investment opportunities at Ewing Management Group. Prior to that, he worked at Wellspring Capital Management, McCown De Leeuw & Co. and Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Mr. Johnson has more than 20 years of principal investing experience.

Mr. Johnson earned a BBA in finance with a minor in economics from the School of Business Administration at the University of Southern California.
