Shannon works with top financial professionals across the Southeast on practice optimization and elevated client management through Invesco Global Consulting’s professional development programs. Her tenure in various leadership roles with some of Wall Street’s top firms gives her, in our view, a unique perspective on the competitive landscape and the material need for evolution in a financial professional’s practice.

Beginning her journey in financial services with Merrill Lynch in 2005, Shannon appreciates the importance of the financial professional/client relationship and how critical client acquisition and retention are to the overall health of a practice. She held various roles in sales, training and leadership with the replication of her approach and processes. Continuing her path in leadership, in 2010 she joined Morgan Stanley in Upstate New York, where she occupied roles of complex business development manager and associate complex manager. After graduating the Manager Assessment Center in 2015, she relocated to run a large branch in the Southeast Division. In 2018, Shannon was recruited by Wells Fargo Advisors to lead their West Palm Beach complex comprising private client group locations along the east coast of Florida. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to Palm Beach market leader, where her ultimate responsibility included the addition of private wealth, wealth brokerage, private bank and independence channels.

Shannon’s career passion is coaching, which is driven by her experience in leadership and practice consulting. Recognizing that her greatest strengths could potentially be more valuable in a true coaching environment, Shannon retired from her “manager post” to join Invesco Global Consulting in 2023. She holds the Series 7, 9, 66 and 10 registrations and is thrilled to focus on the development and growth of leading wealth managers across various firms.

Shannon lives in North Palm Beach with her husband, their Havanese puppy and has one adult son. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, bike riding, swimming, golf and spending time with friends and family.
