Ms Muir was appointed as a Director with effect from 1 July 2015 and became Chairman of the Board and Nomination Committee on 1 June 2021. She is a Chartered Director and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors. She is a distribution specialist and has worked in financial services, with a focus on asset management, for over 25 years. She was Global Head of Investor Relations at BlueBay Asset Management and Head of Client Account Management at Royal London Asset Management, where she held four executive directorships. She is a non-executive director of Premier Miton Global Renewables Trust plc and its subsidiary PMGR Securities 2025 plc, Schroder Income Growth Fund plc, Evelyn Partners Fund Solutions Limited and Spring Capital Partners Limited and its parent company Spring Capital Group Holdings Limited. She is also the non-executive chairman of State Street Trustees Limited and State Street Managed Accounts Limited. Ms Muir holds no executive positions.
