Andrew Schlossberg is President and CEO of Invesco, a leading global asset management firm with more than $1.7 trillion in assets under management (as of June 30, 2024), where he is focused on creating greater possibilities for clients, a compelling experience for employees and strong returns for shareholders. He is also a member of the Invesco Ltd. Board of Directors. 

Previously, Mr. Schlossberg was Senior Managing Director and Head of the Americas from 2019 to June 2023 and was Senior Managing Director and Head of EMEA (which includes the U.K., continental Europe and the Middle East) from 2016 to 2019. Mr. Schlossberg joined Invesco in 2001 and has served in multiple leadership roles across the company, including his previous position as Head of U.S. Retail Distribution and global exchange-traded funds. He has also served as U.S. Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Global Corporate Development, and in leadership roles in strategy and product development in the company’s North American Institutional and Retirement divisions. Mr. Schlossberg currently serves on the Board of Governors and the Executive Committee of the Investment Company Institute. Prior to joining Invesco, Mr. Schlossberg worked with Citigroup Asset Management and its predecessors from 1996 to 2000. He earned a B.S. in finance and international business from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
