The Invesco Global Direct Real Estate (GDRE) strategy seeks to provide investors with one-stop diversified exposure to total returns from core global direct real estate in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific through its investments in Invesco’s regional core and income open-ended strategies. GDRE has a conservative risk posture, providing a "sleep at night" portfolio with a focus on generating durable income and providing nimble execution given its proprietary single manager structure.
Core real estate has historically provided attractive return profiles relative to traditional asset classes as well as desirable diversification. Our flagship core strategies are market-leading throughout the US, Asia Pacific, and Europe. Globally, we offer diversified portfolios of exceptionally high-quality assets, with a focus on durable, growing income and strong appreciation characteristics over time.
We leverage our deep global platform of regional experts to source and implement an array of value creation strategies and emphasize areas of best relative value, on a risk-adjusted basis.
Our real estate debt business provides creative and comprehensive financing solutions throughout the capital structure and across the risk spectrum. We originate loans and invest in debt securities underpinned by high-quality real estate. Meanwhile, our equity strategies focus on premium income profiles and include regional solutions diversified by sector, as well as sector-specific solutions such as multi-family and hotel real estate.
Our real estate platform includes listed securities solutions in US REITs, global REITs, and global real estate income (equity and debt), along with energy infrastructure (MLPs), global infrastructure, and gold and special minerals securities strategies. Through our listed real assets continuum of solutions, investors can target premium income generation, capital growth, and a potential hedge against inflation while maintaining a high level of liquidity.
