About the asset

A new, innovative multi-story logistics facility in the south-western Seoul metropolitan area – 60 minutes distance from the capital (so possible for 3 deliveries a day) and close to the Wolgotpogu Port and Incheon Container Terminal.  The area has a low vacancy rate and a limited supply of logistics facilities or projects under-way with large-scale permit approval.

The asset itself is brand new, with 7 levels of storage fully ramped (separate up and down) and 2 levels of cold rooms. The asset was preleased before construction was complete in January of 2021 to the largest e-commerce operator in Korea.
