Benjamin Jones is Director of Macro Research for the Multi-Asset Strategies (MAS) UK team at Invesco. He joined Invesco in October 2021 to lead the team’s research efforts. He works closely with the Multi Asset Fund Managers setting the core macro and markets views and developing individual trade ideas for Invesco’s range of absolute return funds and Summit Growth range. In Benjamin’s role he also provides macro and multi asset input into the fundamental equity and fixed teams across Invesco globally.

Prior to joining Invesco Benjamin spent 15 years with State Street Global Markets, first as an Equity Strategist and later as a Multi Asset Strategist. He worked closely with academic partners to develop applications for a wide range of proprietary market indicators and led SSGM’s Asset Allocation product.

Benjamin is a CFA Charterholder, holds a Masters in Finance degree from London Business School, and holds a holds a first class BSc degree in Economics from the University of Surrey.

He is a frequent commentator in the financial press. Benjamin is also responsible for producing and delivering presentations for the Investment Intelligence Seminars, providing quality educational and informative training to around 4,000 investment professionals every year.
