Jeff Kupor is the General Counsel and Senior Managing Director for Legal, Compliance, Audit and Risk (LCAR) at Invesco since January 2023. 

Mr. Kupor has practiced law for nearly 30 years, the bulk of which has been at Invesco. This includes an initial stint working in the company’s US retail unit in the late 1990s and a return to the company in 2002. Since his 2002 return, Jeff has progressed through a number of roles which have included legal support for virtually all activities of the company, including serving as Deputy General Counsel of the parent company and rotating through roles covering all the company’s regional business units.
