Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
We are committed to improving diversity, equity and inclusion in all areas of our business creating a culture where all people and ideas thrive.
Our Approach
We believe that a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace where everyone feels equally valued provides a more rewarding work environment for our colleagues. This starts at the top, with our most senior leaders having diversity, equity and inclusion goals, individually as part of their annual performance goals, as well as for their teams. Our global focus on diversity has grown exponentially. We have strong foundations in place, embedded diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) goals across the business, and encourage connection and community through our many employee-led Business Resource Groups (BRGs).
We care about each other
We believe in an environment in which we all feel we belong, and we respect each other’s identities, lives, health, and well being. Our culture thrives when we can be our best selves, doing our best work — for our clients and each other.
Our four pillar strategy
There are four key components to our DE&I strategy. These guiding principles allow us to coordinate efforts across the organization, and everywhere we operate.
Purpose and Priorities
Ensuring DE&I is a key part of who we are and how we operate
People
Enhancing diversity and representation by focusing on the recruitment and advancement of diverse colleagues
Belonging
Ensuring an inclusive culture where all colleagues feel safe and supported
