Roel joined Invesco in 2022 as Head of Benelux distribution. Roel and his team are responsible for Invesco’s institutional, wholesale and ETF clients across the region. Roel has >25 years of investment management experience in different portfolio management, institutional sales and business development roles at ABN AMRO Asset Management, Barclays Global Investors and BlackRock where he was a Managing Director and responsible for iShares Benelux & Middle East. Prior to joining Invesco Roel was a partner at a leading data science & data engineering firm, an area which he also considers very important for the asset management industry.
