Sze-Ann is the Head of Asset Management, Asia Pacific. He joined Invesco Real Estate in 2011 and the former AIG Global Real Estate in 2002. In his current position, he is responsible for Asset Management for all investments across the Asia Pacific region.  Sze-Ann has extensive professional  experience in real estate industry. 

During his tenure at AIG Global Real Estate, Sze-Ann managed more than 70 commercial assets with NRA of 3 mil sf across the region as well as residential developments for sale. 

From 1995 to 2002, Sze-Ann was the Head of Property Management of Pontiac Marina Pte Ltd (Singapore). Prior to that, he was the Head of Rental Housing of Housing and Development Board in Singapore. 

Sze-Ann holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science degree of Land Management from the University of Reading. He is a member of both the Asian Executive Committee and the Asian Investment Committee of Invesco Real Estate.
